Karuizawa RaijinKami Edition No.1

Our contribution to the legacy of the Karuizawa “ghost distillery”. Limited to 24 bottles — one for each of the 24 seasons (sekki) of the Japanese calendar — it portrays Raijin, the God of Thunder, surrounded by clouds, lightning and his eight thunder drums, marking the end of an era.

A haiku by Kobayashi Issa serves as an apt tasting note: “Oh mountain, charred by lightning — its autumn rain.”
