Every release is dressed as a work of art in its own right — developed with skilled craftsmen and artisanal designers, and made from the finest natural materials.
We work with FSC® and Rainforest Alliance certified hardwoods such as walnut, granadillo, rosewood, purple heart and cocobolo, combined with laser etching, hand engraving, lead-free crystal, copper fittings and Japanese Echizen washi. Nothing is plastic: every case is made from recyclable wood, glass and paper.
Our packaging has been recognised with first place in Luxury & Premium Packaging at the London Packaging Week Innovation Awards 2025, a World Whiskies Awards Design Gold and an IWSC Design Silver.

Macallan Origins —Bill Amberg Edition
Two Macallan 1991 single casks in hand-engraved lead-free crystal — a Pictish crescent and a Japanese fan with cherry blossoms — presented in a leather-bound box by Bill Amberg Studio.
Japanese clouds in walnut
FSC-certified European walnut, laser-etched with Japanese cloud patterns, finished with copper magnets and hinges.
Ginkgo in granadillo
Rainforest Alliance certified granadillo — violet to deep red — etched with ginkgo leaves and branches.
Bamboo by the river
Certified rosewood etched with bamboo leaves against a flowing river, with copper hinges.
Celtic runes in cocobolo
FSC chain-of-custody cocobolo rosewood engraved in Celtic runes, lined with hand-woven Echizen washi and gold heat-stamping.
Ghost cat & Asanoha dragon
Charred certified wood etched with Japanese folklore creatures, with neodymium magnets and a pulley-ring sliding mechanism.
Purple heart sliding case
The trilogy’s final box, in Nazareno (purple heart) wood with rare-earth magnets and a sliding door.
