A peated Yamazaki single cask — the rarest style in the Owner’s Cask programme

Distilled at Yamazaki in 1991 and bottled in 2007 at full strength from a single hogshead, matured at Suntory’s Ohmi Aging Cellar. Peated Yamazaki was made only in small quantities, and a smoky single cask of this age is seldom seen. Released under The Owner’s Cask programme — 181 bottles, never to be repeated.
