Distilled at the Yamazaki Distillery in 1991 and bottled 19 years later, this single sherry cask contains 50-year-old Yamazaki from a 1960 vintage mizunara cask. The 50-year-old mizunara Yamazaki from 1960 was added to cask #1S70427 to perfect it — Seiichi Koshimizu’s own touch on the typical and characteristic Suntory whisky style.
