The second Macallan single cask in Japanese oak. Distilled in June 1989 and aged 30 years in an ex-bourbon cask, it was re-racked in 2019 into Hokkaido Mizunara over 200 years old and bottled in 2020 — the second chapter of The Macallan Mizunara Trilogy.
