Released in 2016 to mark four hundred years of Japanese porcelain, in hand-made decanters from two of Japan’s great kilns: the Kutani, in bold overglaze colours, and the Arita, in early-Arita cobalt blue-and-white. Both carry peony and butterfly — good fortune and long life. Inside, malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, some components up to 54 years old.
