A blend by Shinji Fukuyo for The Peninsula Tokyo

Released in 2014 in honour of The Peninsula Tokyo. This sherry-matured blend by chief blender Shinji Fukuyo combines Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita; its recipe is a closely guarded secret, but it is said to contain 25-year-old Yamazaki and Hakushu.
